These Terms cover the website and the Pulse extension. Use of the Clione Dashboard, API, and paid platform features is governed by our separate Terms and Conditions.

The Pulse extension scans publicly available data on web pages you choose to analyze. This includes visible HTML elements such as meta tags, headings, structured data, links, and other SEO-relevant signals. These signals are sent to the Clione.AI API for analysis, and results are displayed within the extension.

The Pulse extension is currently offered as a free tool. We reserve the right to introduce usage limits, paid tiers, or changes to available features at any time, with reasonable notice.
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials associated with the Services are the property of RED FOREST USA LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and build upon that feedback without obligation to you.
The Services provide SEO analysis, signals, and recommendations based on publicly available data and our algorithms. Clione.AI does not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic improvements, or business results from using the Services. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.
The information and recommendations provided by the Services are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for SEO or business decisions.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
